The hallmark of coaching is self-responsibility. The client sets the agenda for the call and the coach follows that agenda. You can expect powerful and clarifying questions, tools, and processes to explore the inner landscape and how we show up in the world; the implementation and accountability tools, along with honest compassionate feedback.
Somatic practices are highly personalized tools. However, the common bedrock for them all would be to witness the sensations in the body without engaging in stories or meaning-making; to see how these sensations arise and settle, and the subsequent changes in thoughts, feelings, and perceptions. Exercises are focused on specific kinds of movements and the breath is focused upon to regulate the nervous system. Somatic practices are all about befriending our own nervous system and it patterns to support the organic process of release and healing.
I derive great joy from offering my skill as a coach and I wish to make it available to whoever needs it and would benefit from it. Therefore, I offer my skills freely (not for free). It means that you are welcome to contribute to my resources, whatever is meaningful and easeful for you so that I can continue doing what is joyful and life-serving for me. If it supports to know, I have had clients contribute between 750 INR to 5000 INR per session.
Coaching Journeys do have a set price, however, partial scholarships are available if it supports your journey.
Coaching sessions are for 60 to 90 mins and are scheduled once in two weeks. The minimum engagement is for three months or 6 sessions, to ensure that there is enough space to explore at least one topic in all its nuances. Sessions are generally online unless a mutually convenient in-person meeting place is accessible.
